And here's a recent video of the craziness that is Cameron these days!

Yes, we're still here...
So it's been too long since an update (over 4 months!) but life has been busy for the NYC crew. Cameron is a walking (soon to be running) fiend and is learning more "tricks" every day. Here's a picture of the 3 of us from last weekend in Central Park. Pepperdine hosted an alumni picnic(hence all the blue!) where we got to see some old friends and enjoy a beautiful day in the park.

Cameron's actual 1st Birthday
The day before Cameron's 1st birthday we flew to Florida, where Kevin had a work event. We didn't want Daddy to be away from Cameron on his first birthday, so we went with him. It was nice to be somewhere a little warmer in the dead of winter.
On the morning of his birthday we went down to the restaurant at the hotel and Cameron enjoyed munching on Mommy's pancakes.

These two pictures were from our lunch out on the terrace. Cameron had a good grip on Mommy's earring.
Cameron's TV debut!
The day before Cameron's birthday, we got up early and headed down to Rockefeller Center to get Cameron some face time on the Today Show.
Cameron's 1st Birthday Party
We threw a big first birthday party for Cameron in Dallas on January 17th, a couple of weeks early, so that friends, family and grandparents could all be there to celebrate.
We stripped Cameron to the waist, and gave him his very own double layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Mmmm...
He placed his little fingertips in the cake, as if to say, "Is this really happening?"
And then he went at it with both hands. At one point he had his right hand buried in the cake up to the wrist while he shoveled cake in his mouth with his left hand.
This year's hot new look...frosting goatee!

Catching up!
Let's not talk about how long it has been since we've updated our blogs. We have a lot to catch up on...Cameron's first Christmas, 2 weeks with the grandparents while Mommy & Daddy went on vacation, 1st birthday party, a Today Show appearance...it's been a busy few months! To start off, we had to post this video. In early December we went to DC to visit Aunt Kelly & Uncle John and to spend some time with our dear friends Aaron & Karrie and their twins Emma & Avery. Cameron, being the big almost one-year-old thought the little twins were okay, but when it came to the Cohen's dog Lucy...it was love at first sight.

Happy Thanksgiving!
On Wednesday night, we took Cameron out to see the balloon inflation for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The staging area is only a few blocks south of us and circles the National History Museum. It was a bit of a mad house, and Cameron wasn't all that interested...but we had fun nonetheless.

A quick pic amidst the mob of two happy parents and one sleepy Mini.
The t-shirt, courtesy of Aunt Kelly, says it all...Little Turkey!
Daddy and Cameron escaping from the Energizer Bunny.
On Thursday we had a quiet Thanksgiving Day at home. We watched the parade on TV and spent half of the day in our pj's. For Thanksgiving dinner the Mini had some of Mommy and Daddy's turkey and sweet potatoes. Mmmm!
