Last night was Game 1 of the NBA finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics. As most of you know, Kevin is a die-hard Laker fan...and since Cameron wants to grow up to be just like Daddy, he cheers for those Lakers, too. Kevin actually went to the game in Boston last night our dear friend Aaron. Cameron wanted to go to, but unfortunately the game was starting well after his bedtime. So he had to settle for showing his team spirit during the day. Go Lakers!
Without a doubt, laundry is my most hated household chore. For the first 4 years we lived here we didn't have laundry facilities in our building, so we had it sent out. I would drop off our dirty laundry one day, and pick it up clean, dry and folded the next day! Talk about heaven! Now that we do have washers and dryers in our building, I am back to the laundry drudgery. Then again, how can I hate it that much when I have such an adorable little helper??

Ah laundry. I hate it too. But, I love the way fresh laundry smells. I think the worst for me is socks. I hate searching through a pile of clean socks for it's match. Hate it. I'm not sure why, but it's the part I dread the most. I usually do all of the other laundry first, put it away all nice and neat, and save the last load of the day for towels and socks. That load usually ends up staying in the dryer until the next time I do laundry. :)
I hate to ask you, but did you ever get the gift we sent for Cameron? Please don't think that I'm waiting for my thank-you card, because I DO NOT WANT ONE!! :) I wish that there was no such thing as thank you cards!! The reason I ask is because I had a wrong address for you.

SO cute! Having a little helper makes all those drudgery chores so much better. I hope Cameron wasn't too sad about the Laker game - we'll get 'em next time, Cam!
I love his chubby upper legs in that last picture. He definitely looks like a happy camper. We miss you guys. I wish I could be around Cam to see his personality come out. Have a great week!
